Processing is subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for individuals located in the European Union.

3. Data we process

• Property data: address, property type, area, number of rooms, year of construction, condition, features and other characteristics entered, supplemented by public data about the building from the federal register via swisstopo.
• Contact data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, contact preferences.
• Consent data: proof and timestamp of consent, in protected form.
• Technical and usage data: technical logs and, subject to your consent, audience measurement data.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the requested estimate and enabling follow up by an advisor: performance of pre contractual measures and legitimate interest.
• Customer relationship management and handling of requests: legitimate interest or performance of the contract.
• Marketing communications: only on the basis of separate consent.
• Security, abuse prevention and statistics: legitimate interest.

5. Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by service providers acting on behalf of OMNIA, contractually bound to confidentiality and security, in particular: swisstopo (public building data), PriceHubble (estimation model), Monday.com (management of contacts and requests), Resend (email delivery), the site host, and, subject to your consent, audience measurement tools.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside Switzerland or the European Union, appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, are put in place.

7. Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes described, then deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

OMNIA implements appropriate technical and organizational measures: restricted access, a secure environment, and protection of consent and sensitive data through hashing where relevant. Transmission over the Internet or by email can never be guaranteed to be fully secure.

9. Cookies and audience measurement

The site uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation. Subject to your consent, audience measurement cookies may be used. You can manage your preferences at any time.

10. Automated estimation

The estimate is produced automatically from the data entered and from public data. It is purely indicative, has no legal effect and does not replace the involvement of an advisor. You may request to speak with a person at any time.

11. Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction, as well as a right to portability and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner).
