Terms of use

Last updated: 21 June 2026

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the online property estimation and contact service provided by OMNIA IMMOBILIER SA.

2. Acceptance

By using the service, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these terms.

3. Description of the service

The service provides an indicative estimate of a property based on the address and characteristics entered by the user, supplemented by public data (the federal register of buildings and dwellings via swisstopo) and an estimation model provided by a third party. It also lets the user request to be contacted by an advisor.

4. Indicative nature of the estimate

The estimate is generated automatically and is purely indicative. It does not constitute an appraisal, a formal valuation, an offer or investment advice. Only a valuation carried out by an OMNIA advisor can establish a reference value. OMNIA does not warrant the accuracy of the estimate.

5. Properties out of scope

Certain properties (for example investment buildings or land) are not subject to an automated estimate. In such cases, the user is directed to contact an advisor.

6. User obligations

The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully. The user is responsible for the data they provide.

7. Availability

OMNIA strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free access.

8. Intellectual property

The service and its content are protected. No rights are granted to the user through use of the service.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OMNIA disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including damage related to an inaccurate estimate.

11. Changes to the terms

OMNIA may amend these terms. The applicable version is the one in force at the time the service is used.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction in Lausanne, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
